The handles on the dispenser are arranged so that the operative does not have to crouch down so far to wrap the lower part of the pallet thus reducing fatigue. Tension may be adjusted to get a good tight wrap, and the dispenser has an inbuilt floor stand allowing the roll to be stored upright and away from dirt.
